Are you sure the time is being kept synchronized between the servers? It sounds like you have clock drift.
No, they both have proper time monitored and sync'd with NTP.
Could it be something where the syncs keeping mirrormode happy (RID 7 and 8) are updating the CSN and making the consumer timestamp newer then the timestamps that RID 5 and 6 use when comparing to cn=schema,cn=config?
