I just have a 3-way multi-master replication with openldap for cn=config and HDB. Sometime in the log, I have this error/warning :
<= bdb_equality_candidates: (cn) not indexed
How can I fix it ? just add olcDbIndex cn eq ???

and my second question is why this warning occurs ?
There should be an LDAP client doing search with such filter: (cn=abdc)
