Answering to myself: it's RFC4517 ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.24 DESC 'Generalized Time' )

But I still fail to find any public attributes with SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.24 in OpenLDAP. But, if I'm not mistaken, this syntax IS implemented in OpenLDAP (comparison rules etc.).
