It is a partial replication, the Provider has multiple subtrees that contain OU's for Users and Groups. The consumer is only replicating one of those subtrees.

As for the syncprov config this is all I have:

dn: olcOverlay={0}syncprov objectClass: olcOverlayConfig objectClass: olcSyncProvConfig olcOverlay: {0}syncprov olcSpSessionlog: 100

I don't know how many entries are in your database, the sesionlog may be a bit small. Generally what you want to do is look at what the logs show is happening in this scenario once you have sync logging enabled.
