The first piece of data to *always* provide is the version of OpenLDAP you are running.

syncrepl rid=125                 provider=ldap://10.52.35.204:389                 type=refreshOnly

Save yourself headaches and use RefreshAndPersist

interval=00:00:00:10

This interval is probably not long enough between connections. Use RefreshAndPersist instead, see above.
