You can try it using ldifde command, like this
ldifde -f exportuserfile.ldif -s ServerName -d "dc=foo,dc=com " \ -r " (&(objectCategory=Person)(objectClass=User)(givenName=*)) " \ -l " CN,givenName,objectClass,sAMAccountName "
If you have any doubt, try ldifde /?

Hi All,
I need advice on how I can migrate my AD to linux/OpenLDAP? Currently we're using Windows 2003 evaluation and its going to expire.
