Hello Quanah! Somehow never noticed there was specific logging for sync, thanks for the tip!

It is a partial replication, the Provider has multiple subtrees that contain OU's for Users and Groups. The consumer is only replicating one of those subtrees.

As for the syncprov config this is all I have:
