'Indices generated with 32 bit hashes are incompatible with the 64 bit version, and vice versa. Any existing databases must be fully reloaded when changing this setting. This directive is only supported on 64 bit CPUs.'
You need to change it to 64-bit on the AMD64 box, regenerate the indices there, and then use the database on the ARM64 system. Simply changing the setting solves nothing and you want 64-bit anyhow.
