Reloading what? The whole point of cn=config is that you can ldapmodify it while slapd is running and the changes take effect immediately.
I checked cn=subschema for olcDLattrSet which I found in the dynlist source, but it wasn't there.
I think I would to add the following entry:
dn: olcOverlay={1}dynlist,olcDatabase={1}hdb,cn=config objectClass: olcOverlayConfig objectClass: top olcOverlay: {1}dynlist olcDLattrSet: groupOfURLs memberURL
When I try, I get: adding new entry "olcOverlay={1}dynlist,olcDatabase={1}hdb,cn=config" ldap_add: Object class violation (65) additional info: attribute 'olcDLattrSet' not allowed
What is the right way to do this?
You also need objectClass: olcDynamicList
