Is there any 'official' documentation describing how to build OpenLDAP for Windows? I can't find anything on the OpenLDAP site or on the mailing lists.

I think the mailing lists have discussed that MinGW is the officially unofficial method. Or maybe that's in the FAQ-O-Matic.
