But the same command and same password is working on old ldap server ie,server1.

It's the same data, so of course if you are typing the wrong password, you'll
get the "Invalid credentials" message. How much clearer can the message be!

ldaps://server2.example.com -W

missing any configration,any suggestions?
"Invalid credentials" means exactly that.
