The first command works fine (ldapsearch -x -H ldap://ldap-company.com -ZZ) but the second one (ldapsearch -x -H ldaps://ldap-company.com:636 -ZZ) is showing error :

ldap_start_tls: Operations error (1)

Sorry should have been

ldapsearch -x -H ldap://ldap-company.com -ZZ

for LDAP access going to standard port 389 (clear-text) and then using
StartTLS extended operation.

Another option is to use LDAPS (LDAP over SSL) to separate port:

ldapsearch -x -H ldaps://ldap-company.com:636 -ZZ
